MATELEC and TELEMATEL drive the first study into digital transformation in the electrical installation and lighting sector
The results will be revealed at the “Digital Matters” event at the 19th edition of the International Trade Fair for the Electrical and Electronics Industry
MATELEC is conducting Spain's first ever survey into the degree of digitisation of companies in the electrical installation and lighting sectors. The survey has been designed by TELEMATEL. The survey looks at manufacturers, distributors and installation companies and is designed to ascertain to what extent our industrial community has been digitised.
MATELEC LIGHTING has collaborated with the International Contest of Photography in Artificial Light (ICAL), sponsored by the Lighting Studies Workshop at the Escola Tècnica Superior d’Arquitectura de Barcelona (ETSAB) of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and trade journal iCandela. The event was organised to recognise the sensitivity and aesthetic taste of students of Architecture, Engineering, Design and Art at an awards ceremony for the fourth edition of the competition.
There are three categories: Electrical installation, Industry and Lighting
MATELEC, International Trade Fair for the Electrical and Electronics Industry, and AFME, Association of Manufacturers of Electrical Material, have launched the 4th Innovation and Energy Efficiency Awards. The awards acknowledge and recognise the research and development undertaken by companies taking part in MATELEC, and raise the profile of all the innovations exhibited to visitors at the fair by participants. Nominations for these awards are now open, and will close on 15 October.
